Establishing Our Path

Driven by a desire to have a more direct impact on nonprofits, Ray began applying for fundraising positions and secured various roles. He successfully wrote grants, although he started with smaller ones. His career took a significant leap when he joined IslamicFamily, propelling them upward as a fundraiser. While working part-time with IslamiFamily and taking on contract jobs, Ray realized that it was time to forge his own path. The idea of opening a company began to take shape, especially during his time in Lebanon, where he was supported by Adam - one of Ray’s best friends and ESC’s COO. Ray’s vision was twofold: to provide job opportunities to the people of Lebanon and to offer exceptional services to non-profits in the West. The name “Eternal Sparks” was born out of brainstorming sessions on Ray’s living room couch in Lebanon, with Adam. Initially, it was just Ray and Adam, dedicating their efforts to a handful of clients for several months. However, their expertise, dedication, and client satisfaction led to a rapid expansion. In January, they acquired a significant number of new clients.
