Meet The Team
CEO: RAY SOUSSA
Ray decided to start Eternal Sparks in March of 2022 after working with many non-profits and social enterprises in Canada.
He graduated in Industrial Engineering but found his true passion in the non-profit sector after doing some face-to-face fundraising for the Canadian Red Cross.
If you live in Montreal, you probably saw him in front of subway stations, or he might have knocked on your door!
Ray is passionate about serving impactful organizations and helping them find sustainability. He wants organizations to feel safe financially and enable them to flourish.
Ray started Eternal Sparks to help the Lebanese people, suffering from a terrible economic crisis. Most of our staff are based in Lebanon, and work remotely.
In his free time, Ray likes to play basketball and table tennis and is very involved in religion and spirituality.
